Common path

Scrum Master first, PMP later

Many professionals in Hyderabad start as developers, earn a Scrum Master credential, run sprint teams for a few years, then take PMP to move into delivery or program management.

Why it works: the Scrum credential gets you into Agile roles quickly; PMP later proves you can lead larger, hybrid projects and stakeholders.
